These terms apply to your purchase and use of the Sketch to Motion Kit, sold by Cutrix, operated by Adwaith Murali.
The digital product
The kit is a digital product containing a guide, a Claude Code skill, editing recipes, prompts, and example videos. It is delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation.
The kit requires Claude Code on a Mac or Windows computer and a paid Claude plan. Those products and services are provided by their respective owners and are not included in the purchase.
Permitted use
Your purchase is for your own creative use. You may use the techniques and create your own work, but may not redistribute, resell, or publish the kit files as a substitute for the product.
The effects engine is open-source by Vibha Ramprakash under the MIT licence. Its licence applies to that open-source engine; it does not replace the terms for the separately supplied guide and other kit materials.
Payment, delivery and refunds
The price is ₹599 INR as a one-time payment. As soon as the payment is complete, you are redirected to the download page to get the files. Because this is an electronic product, payments are not refunded; faulty files are replaced. Please see the Shipping and delivery and Cancellation and refunds pages for details.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your purchase or use of the kit is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kollam, Kerala.
